Project Vision

Larry Law is an award winning developer, builder and philanthropist. For over 20 years, the Law Development Group has designed and developed inspiring residential and resort communities based on the core values of creativity, innovation and caring.

Originally an architect by training, Mr. Law's group of companies have built over 2,000 homes in Ontario. A recent master project is Cornell Park in Markham. The project consists of 1,200 acres of land and 10,000 homes for 27,000 residents. This "new urbanism" community earned several awards from the Greater Toronto Home Builders' Association and the Town of Markham.

In Collingwood, Ontario, Mr. Law is best known for turning Cranberry Resort into one of the premiere  four-season, multi-purpose high end resort in Collingwood. The most recent addition to this expansive resort community is Cranberry Waterfront Suites, the only waterfront resort in the region on Georgian Bay.

While excellence in business is a priority for Mr. Law, his life's work is focused on being a community builder and using his successful business resources to help him build up more people. One example of this is Mr. Law's creation of a Caring Community culture at Cranberry Resort. This program is based on the well-being of employees and the community, which in turn also serves guests and owners well.
